The fire alarm plan for FIRE24-0135 has been approved by the Oceanside Fire Department. Attached are the approved plans, job card and invoice. We no longer complete 24 hour battery tests so you will not see the 24 hour on your job card.
Here is the link to pay online: https://payments.ci.oceanside.ca.us/posweb2/positemdetails.aspx?positemkey=364. The invoice number must be entered exactly: CGO:001640 (For best results, copy and paste the invoice number and use Google Chrome.) The “person paying” will be the name on your credit card.
The required inspections are:
• Prewire
• Final
Required documents:
• Contractor’s Statement of Compliant Installation: Per NFPA 72 Section 7.5.2, before requesting final approval of the installation, the installing contractor shall furnish a written statement stating that the system has been installed in accordance with approved plans and tested in accordance with the manufacturer’s published instructions and the appropriate NFPA requirements and email to OFDfireprevention@oceansideca.org.
• NFPA 72 Record of Completion – due at time of final

The expected due date of your review is 6/13/2024. Building plans are not yet approved, this may affect your turnaround time and your plans may be placed on hold.
