The fire UG lines plan for FIRE23-0192 has been approved by the Oceanside Fire Department. Please download your documents and job card by clicking on the link below.

Here is the link to pay online: TRAKiT Invoice Search Page (active.com). The invoice number must be entered exactly: CGO:001267 (For best results, copy and paste the invoice number and use Google Chrome.) The “person paying” will be the name on your credit card.
The required inspections are:
• UG Pipe Inspection/Pre-thrust Block
• UG Hydro/Post-thrust Block
• UG Flush
• UG Final
Required documents due at time of final:
• Certification for Underground Piping
Please make sure you have the plans and the job card on site during construction and during the inspection. You may call 760-435-4101 once you’re ready to schedule the inspection.

Hello,
Thank you for your application and plan submittal for the UG Lines at Ocean Creek. The documents have been processed and your permit number is: FIRE23-0192. Reference all documents with this permit number.
For all first submittals, there is a turnaround time of 10-15 business days. The expected due date of your review is 7/31/2023, however, the grading plans for this project have not been approved and depending on the plans examiner’s decision, the plans may be placed on hold until grading plans are approved.
You may also need to submit an address assignment through the Planning Department. The Fire Department requests that all fire plans have the correct address on the plans.
