Hello,
The fire alarm plan for FIRE25-0233 has been approved by the Oceanside Fire Department. Attached are the approved plans, job card and invoice.

The invoice number must be entered exactly: CGO:002005 (For best results, copy and paste the invoice number and use Google Chrome.) The “person paying” will be the name on your credit card.

• Written Statement: Per NFPA 72 Section 7.5.2, before requesting final approval of the installation, the installing contractor shall furnish a written statement stating that the system has been installed in accordance with approved plans and tested in accordance with the manufacturer’s published instructions and the appropriate NFPA requirements and email to OFDfireprevention@oceansideca.org.
• NFPA 72 Record of Completion – due at time of final
