Hello,
The fire UG lines plan for FIRE25-0154 has been approved by the Oceanside Fire Department. Attached are the approved plans, job card and invoice.
Here is the link to pay online: https://payments.ci.oceanside.ca.us/posweb2/positemdetails.aspx?positemkey=364. The invoice number must be entered exactly: CGO:001855 (For best results, copy and paste the invoice number and use Google Chrome.) The “person paying” will be the name on your credit card.
Required inspections:
• UG Pipe Inspection/Pre-thrust Block (the original inspection completed in July is null and void and a new inspection will need to be completed)
• UG Hydro/Post-thrust Block (the original inspection completed in July is null and void and a new inspection will need to be completed)
• UG Flush
• UG Final
Required documents:
• Certification for Underground Piping for each building
Please make sure you have the plans and the job card on site during construction and during the inspection. You may call 760-435-4101 once you’re ready to schedule the inspection.
