The fire alarm plan for FIRE23-0058 has been approved by the Oceanside Fire Department. Please download your documents and job card by clicking on the link below.

Here is the link to pay online: TRAKiT Invoice Search Page (active.com). The invoice number must be entered exactly: CGO:000879 (For best results, copy and paste the invoice number and use Google Chrome.) The “person paying” will be the name on your credit card.
The required inspections are:
• Prewire
• 24 hour battery test
• Final
Required documents:
• Contractor’s Statement of Compliant Installation: Before requesting final approval of the installation, the installing contractor shall furnish a written statement stating that the system has been installed in accordance with approved plans and tested in accordance with the manufacturer’s published instructions and the appropriate NFPA requirements and email to OFDfireprevention@oceansideca.org.
• NFPA 72 Record of Completion – due at time of final
Please let the customer know that fire alarm inspections will need to be done on an annual basis beginning a year from alarm final date and uploaded to The Compliance Engine.
Please make sure you have the approved plans and the job card on site during construction and during the inspection. You may call 760-435-4101 once you’re ready to schedule the inspection.
